10 Shades of Crazy

Da piccola suonavo il pianoforte, e quando suoni il pianoforte non puoi avere unghie lunghe. Perció da sempre, a parte i miei sei mesi a Los Angeles con una meravigliosa ricostruzione French, ho le unghie cortissime. E da sempre vado pazza per gli smalti.

Come Picasso ho avuto il periodo blu. E rosa. E nero. E poi c'era anche il periodo di "un colore diverso su ogni unghia". Il periodo French. Bianco. Argento. A righe. A metá fucsia e nere. Il mio lato matto si esibisce sulle mie mani.

Al momento, questi sono i miei perfetti 10:



As a kid, I played the piano. And when you play the piano, you can't have long fingernails. So, since forever, I've had really short nails (aside from my six months in LA with the marvellous acrylic French tips). And since forever, I go crazy for nail polish.

Like Picasso, I have had a blue period. And a pink one. And a black one. And a "different-color-on-each-nail" period. Then there was the French period. White. Silver. Striped. Half black, half neon pink. My crazy side shows itself on my hands.

Rosso scuro con brillantini:  perfetto per Natale e Capodanno.

Nero:  perfetto per qualsiasi concerto (anche quello di violino classico) e per il tuo primo (e forse anche ultimo) San Valentino da single.

Nude: perfect for the first day back at the office after the summer vacation.
Red: perfect for the first date.
Wine: perfect for putting on your engagement ring for the first time.
Green: perfect for Fashion Week.
Blue: perfect for those nights that you have no idea how they're going to end.
Hot pink: perfect for hot summer nights.
Brown: perfect for first impressions.
Dark red with glitter: perfect for Christmas and New Year's.
Black: perfect for any concert (including classic violin) and for your first (and maybe last) Valentine's Day as a single girl.
