Catch the Wave

Guardatelo. Guardatelo, subito.

Sometimes you can learn from men - what a suprise.

This weekend, David showed me one of his favorite movies - Point Break. I have to say that, even though I had followed his die-hard rule of not reading or otherwise finding out what the movie is about before watching it, I only agreed because of the presence of the supreme beauty that is Keanu Reeves.
Two hours later, I was bewitched. I wanted to get up and walk around, at one o'clock in the morning: this movie had given me more energy than three cappuccinos in a row. I wanted to give up my life and run away to a beach in Hawaii. Even though Keanu was heart-achingly gorgeous (so beautiful I almost cried) I fell in love a little with Bodhi, Patrick Swayze's character. To me, he represents a sense of freedom that's kind of lost in today's society. Watch it. Watch it right away.
