Zen

I'm one of the most stressed-out people on Earth. Not because my life is more stressful than the lives of other people, but because I tend to over-analyze everything and worry about every tiny thing. Living with stress is one of my challenges and I'm sure that this challenge isn't only mine!

We all have our little secrets to deal with stress, and one of mine (except for the universally renowned top advice from any specialist - chocolate), is YOGA.
I've always felt drawn to the concepts of zen and mindfulness, to the idea of letting the day's worries slip away and just existing, at least for twenty minutes. Clearing out your mind.
And let me tell you, this is anything but a "softie" workout! I recently read in a magazine that a fitness expert's anti-cellulite advice was to substitute a cardio session a week for a yoga one. Toned thighs aside, I don't think I can imagine my life without it.

  5. I've been thinking about trying out yoga lately. I've always thought it isn't the right sport for me, because it calms you down and I'm already quiet. But spiritual aspects aside, it seems to be really good for your body.
