New Office, New Life...Yeah, Right

La mia azienda ha avuto la malaugurata idea di traslocare in un ufficio più grande. Tutti felici, tutti contenti.
Io, che amo i cambiamenti e le novità, prevedo un lungo periodo di spaesamento.
La macchinetta del caffè (staccata) è al pianoterra. La sala pausa è al terzo piano. Logica?
Il bollitore, il microonde e il frigo del vecchio ufficio sono magicamente spariti, e insieme a loro anche la possibilità di portarsi da  mangiare da casa.
Però abbiamo le finestre! Enormi! In modo tale da non perderci neanche un minuto della favolosa nebbia che inonda Milano.
E abbiamo anche una libreria! Dall'altra parte del piano (tanto vale che ce l'avevo a casa mia), però è tutta NOSTRA.
Ah, e ci siamo portati dietro anche il genio che butta via la mia bottiglietta d'acqua tutte le sere, anche quando gli lascio un bigliettino dove chiedo (educatamente) di non farlo. Ho stabilito quindi che colui è anche analfabeta.



My company has had the wild idea to move to a bigger office. Everyone's all happy and smiley about it.
I usually love change and novelty, but now I am foreseeing a long time of getting-used-to-it-ness.
The vending machines (turned off) are at the bottom floor. The break room is at the third floor. What gives?
The water boiler, the microwave, and the fridge of the old offices magically disappeared, taking with them any possibility to bring lunch from home.
But we have windows! Huge ones! That way we'll never miss out on even a tiny speck of the classic Milan fog.
And we have a bookshelf! It's on the other side of our floor (I might as well use the one I have at home), but it's all OURS.
Oh yeah, and we've apparently brought along the the genius that throws away my water bottle every night, even after I leave a note asking him (kindly) not to do so. Hence, I've established that he can't read.
